Blueprint Vegas 2025 — Attended.
Three days at The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas. 3,000+ attendees, 50+ countries, 250+ speakers.
From 16–18 September 2025, Adaptable Structures attended Blueprint Vegas 2025 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas — one of the larger proptech and real-estate technology convenings in the United States.
Observations from the floor
The convening framed itself around the future of the built environment, with substantial programming on real-estate technology, proptech investment, and the digital infrastructure of property markets. The sponsor list — Barclays, Crexi, Fifth Dimension, Groundbreak Ventures, Lone Wolf, Parkade, smlrspace, Union, Zillow Rentals — reflected the dominant interest at the event: financial and software infrastructure for real-estate transactions, leasing optimisation, property management efficiency, and brokerage workflow.
What was less visible at Blueprint, despite the framing, was structural change to how buildings are made. The programming overwhelmingly orbited around efficiency software layered onto the existing construction paradigm rather than questioning the paradigm itself. The carbon and circularity narrative was present — but largely as a positioning frame on conventional products rather than as a structural redesign of how building production works.
Adaptable Structures attended as an industry observer and did not present at the event. The programme of work the company is engaged in — patented modular aluminum construction, Design for Industrialisation, full-boundary lifecycle accounting, the Anyplace Ecosystem of applications — operates at a different layer of the construction stack than the proptech and software efficiency layer Blueprint primarily addresses.
