What the recognition represents

The Innovation World Cup at BIM World Munich is one of the more substantive industry recognition programmes in international construction. Submissions go through formal jury review across multiple criteria — including disruptive potential, climate performance, circularity, and digital integration. Anyplace's selection from 120+ submissions in a field spanning more than 40 countries places the system in the top third of an internationally curated cohort of digital and industrialised construction innovations.

The jury tagline — "Disruptive modular. Divergent climate. Circular forever." — names three distinct properties of the Anyplace system that the jury identified independently: the disruption of conventional modular thinking through the open architecture / Payload separation; the divergent climate position established by the Divergent Resource Logic full-boundary accounting framework; and the circular material economics that distinguish Anyplace from every other modular building system in international competition.
